Vitas Health is a digital healthcare platform that provides secure access to remote medical consultations delivered through accredited Nigerian hospitals. Patients can speak with qualified doctors online and receive professional medical guidance without unnecessary travel or delays.

All consultations are delivered by hospital-affiliated doctors practicing within our partner healthcare institutions.

Yes. Patients outside Nigeria can access virtual consultations through Vitas Health. In person services, where required, are provided through partner hospitals in Nigeria.

After booking, your consultation request is pending confirmation by the healthcare provider. This review helps ensure the consultation is appropriate and scheduled with the right clinician. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment has been approved.

If further assessment, diagnostic tests, or in person care are required, you may be advised on appropriate next steps through the hospital following your consultation. This ensures continuity between virtual care and hospital-based services.

Yes. You can cancel your consultation before it has been approved by the healthcare provider.

  • If you cancel before approval, you will receive a full refund. Please note that payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (currently ₦100) are non-refundable
  • Once a consultation is approved and confirmed, it becomes non-refundable, as clinical time is reserved and clinical resources are allocated..
  • In limited cases where a booking cannot be approved due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the patient, an administrative fee of ₦500 may be deducted
    before any refund is processed to cover booking coordination and platform cost.If you need help with a cancellation or have questions about your booking, please contact our support team.

Vaccinations, treatments, and physical procedures are not provided virtually. These may be discussed during your consultation, and in person care may be advised where appropriate.

We currently offer:

  •  General Health Care for everyday health concerns and follow up medical advice
  • Specialist Health Care  including women’s health, fertility (IVF guidance), obstetrics  & gynecology, pediatrics, and diagnostic discussions

Available services may expand as our hospital network grows.

No. At this stage, consultations are delivered through our current hospital partner. You do not need to make a hospital decision before booking your consultation.

Once you book a consultation:

1. Your request is received
2. The healthcare provider reviews and confirms the appointment
3. You attend your consultation via a secure video or audio call at the
scheduled time

To get the most from your consultation, we recommend preparing the following in advance:

  • A brief summary of your symptoms or concerns
  • Any relevant medical history or previous diagnoses
  • A list of current medications or treatments (if applicable)
  • A stable internet connection and a quiet, private space
  • Your device ready for a secure video or audio call

No. Vitas Health does not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services immediately.

If you are unable to join the consultation at the scheduled time, the healthcare provider will wait for up to 10 minutes. If you have not joined within this time, the consultation may be marked as unable to proceed. In such cases, the appointment is considered missed and will not be refunded, as the consultation time has been reserved.
